Homeless Education Program (HEP) Training for School Staff (Annual)
During this presentation, we will review the definition of homeless and the services provided to homeless students under the mandates of the McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act. We will also outline the MPS procedures for identifying homeless students and referring them to the Homeless Education Program (HEP).
